New publication: Inland waters

This report brings a lighting on the difficulties that our societies may face in the field of water, in short, medium and long term, in France and in the rest of the world. The report makes recommendations, as well on the public actions to carry out, with lawful or economic character -, as on the new research projects to program. This work was presented on October 24, 2006 on the occasion of a press conference.
