EWP Water Stewardship: Technical Workshop
Within the next weeks, EWP Water Stewardship project "Communication of Sustainable Water Management (SWM)" will deliver its first outcomes: the inventory on existent policy and water management systems have been performed for the sectors of industry, tourism, agriculture and water management in urban areas. Based on the findings of "what is out there in reality", first lists disclosing principles, criteria and indicators for SWM have been set up and potential ways of implementation within in existent systems are figured out.
In order to critically reflect and to professionally accompany these ongoing challenging tasks, the EWP organizes a Technical Project Workshop which will take place on Friday, 9th of October 2009, in the meeting rooms of EWP in Brussels.
As a participant of this exclusive workshop together with invited external experts, you will have the opportunity to

- Critically review the draft sets of criteria and indicators for SWM
- Define major gaps, needs and potential solutions for the further development of the draft indicator and criteria sets
