International Conference on Diffuse Inputs into Groundwater: Monitoring - Modelling - Management- Agriculture and water management in the light of future challenges
Long-term protection of groundwater - and therefore of our potable water - can only take place in interaction between agriculture, water management, ecology, and economy. The decision-making for planning processes is based on numerical models for investigating water movement and nutrient transport; these models are calibrated using specific regional data. This conference aims at presenting measuring techniques, data recording, data management, and various modelling approaches as well as future agricultural management systems.
