Logistical Information

• The Hotel (Hotel Bostancı Prenses **** ) will be in charge of participants transfer. So, Taxis will be waiting the arrival of the participants at the airport.
• The official diner will be held on 10th of September at 19:00 (Bosphorous restaurant)
• On Tuesday evening around 17:00 o’clock we plan to take a boat tour on Bosphorous
• EMWIS Turkish Focal Point team will be in Istanbul on Sunday morning to complete the preparations
• Turkish currency is New Turkish Lira (YTL) and 1€ = 1.776 YTL

The Ataturk Airport is in European site and the Hotel and Conference place is in Asian site. The distance is about 50 km.
